Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to entries via the Regent Arcade website.
- The competition opens for online entries on the 24th April 2026 and closes on 27th May 2026. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- To enter, participants must complete the entry form with their recipe and submit it online.
- Entries are open to all ages.
- Selected entries will be featured in the A Taste of Cheltenham printed community cookbook.
- Inclusion is not guaranteed, and entries will be selected by the Promoter.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By submitting an entry, participants confirm that the work is their own or that they have permission to share it.
- By entering, participants grant the Promoter the right to publish, edit, and reproduce submitted recipes in print and digital formats, including within the cookbook and promotional materials.
- Participants consent to their name being used in connection with their entry.
- No payment will be made for submitted entries.
- All proceeds from sales of the A Taste of Cheltenham cookbook will be donated to Cheltenham Foodbank.
- The Promoter reserves the right to edit entries for clarity, length, or style where necessary.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.
- Entrants’ personal data will be used solely for the administration of this project and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time where necessary.
- These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
