Our public toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are available on the first floor near the lifts.

  • Disabled Access

All of the stores and facilities within Regent Arcade provide full disabled access to all.

  • Security

Security guards and CCTV operate within Regent Arcade at all times. Contact 01242 521345 for assistance.

  • Dogs

Well behaved dogs are allowed in the shopping centre when kept on a lead and under control, however individual store policies may differ.

  • Lifts

Lifts located opposite Carluccio’s operate between the ground floor mall and Car Park Level Three. Escalators operate between the ground floor and the first floor, located near the Ormond Place entrance.

  • First Aid

A first aider is available at all times within Regent Arcade. Please contact the nearest member of staff or call +44 (0) 1242 521 345.

  • Photo Booths

There are two Photo Me booths in the Regent Arcade located on the link to Car Park Level One and Three.
