The Regent Arcade multi-storey car park is owned and managed by Cheltenham Borough Council. There are over 500 car parking spaces over 4 parking levels.

There are 2 electric vehicle charging points in the Regent Arcade car park which are located on Level 2.

Pay on foot or use contactless payment at the barrier. You have the option to scan your contactless card upon entry and you will be charged for the time you stay, or you can take a ticket at the entrance barrier and pay at one of the machines before returning to your vehicle.

Charging hours

Monday to Saturday 8am-12 midnight including bank holidays. Sunday 10am-12 midnight

After 5.30pm £2.50 (you must arrive after 5.30pm to qualify for the evening tariff of £2.50)

If you need to access the Regent Arcade car park after the Centre is closed there is a stair case on Regent Street (next to Martin and Phelps Salon) which can be accessed until 11:30pm which takes you to Car Park Level 1 (there are staircases within the car park which will take you to higher car parking levels). The car park then re-opens at approximately 6:00am.

Marked disabled bays are still available to use in the car park, however Blue Badge holders must pay for parking for the duration of their visit. For further information, please contact Cheltenham Borough Council.

The Regent Arcade car park also has a limited number of family parking spaces which are wider than standard car parking bays to allow more room for buggies etc. Please note during busy trading periods these spaces fill quickly.

Our public toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are available on the first floor near the lifts.

All of the stores and facilities within Regent Arcade provide full disabled access to all.

Well behaved dogs are allowed in the shopping centre when kept on a lead and under control, however individual store policies may differ.

Lifts located opposite Carluccio's operate between the ground floor mall and Car Park Level Three. Escalators operate between the ground floor and the first floor, located near the Ormond Place entrance.

There are two Photo Me booths in the Regent Arcade located on the link to Car Park Level One and Three.
