The Regent Arcade car park has been refurbished and now has six pay on foot machines accepting debit/credit cards, notes and change. Maximised Disabled and Parent & Child bays combined with automatic doors on levels one and three ensure easy access and are DDA compliant. 43 Security cameras and state of the art lighting contributed to the centre's recent "safer car park" award.

The Regent Arcade is situated in the centre of Cheltenham Town directly between the two principle retail thoroughfares; the Promenade and the High Street. The centre can also be reached from the first floor of Cavendish House (House of Fraser).
